Okay… This time Techquickie is not DRUNK
I never even understood if i should turn my H.D. Vizio monitor to gaming if im using pc games! It just gives it a blurrred affect, not sure how this would apply to changing the MSAA or not.
Who better FXAA or SMAA?
(Graphic)
We need DLSS As fast as possible
An AI supersampling sounds really cool
Thank you for the brilliant video's ^_^
I hope you are all well? ๐
Blessings in Jesus ^_^
Your first AA video was so so so so much better and more understandable. This is just blah blahblah blahhhhh, all kind of weird SH(Advertiser-Friendly Content) without showing single graph or ANYTHING for the first half of this video. ALL that you have showed for first 50 % of the video was some badass Wikipedia refference (yeah we can read ourselves, that doesn't explain ANYTHING), and then you show 4X and 128X. And that's it for the graphs or imagery you used to explain things. Honestly, compared to your first AA video, this was so worthless, it's not even comparable!
Can someone please please help me? Iโm wondering, I have an RTX 2070 and wanna upgrade my forza horizon 4 graphics to FXAA on and MSAA 4x. However, my friend said this would mess up my gpu. But will it. Can someone please help me?
smaa 4 ever
just tell me what to use while gaming damn it
I think I have any issue. not sure if because in rise of tomba raider and oddyssee assassin creed. I don't see any difference with or without AA… just perfmormance issues… could it be my monitor gaming LG HDR 30 inche ULTRA WIDE.
or the game? or does my monitor has a bult in one?? im using a 2.0 HDMI I think since I see 4K higher then 30 GHZ..
My head hurts
I now use physical AA. Basically my projector is blurry when showing any image.
Which aa to.put on resident evil 7?
I've heard temporal aa doesn't work in sli, is this true?
As soon as you started praising FXAA at all, I clicked off of this video. Linus, you are being too nice! Not all AA was created equally. FXAA literally makes anything at any distance impossible to see. In the words of 3kliksphilip, "FXAA on the other hand, doesn't know what the HELL anything is supposed to be, and so blurs it all into oblivion." I think that is the best summary anybody could have given it.
GIVEMEABREAKAA.
The new type of aa, gdufutgt-aa
man… every question i had about pc in general, this dude solves it
Make a video about anamorphic screens. DVDs and the Dreamcast's VGA BOX does it. It's said that it's set to 720×480 so the pixels can be stretched easily to fit both a 4:3 and a 16:9 screen without up-scaling the image horribly, unless your TV goes higher than 480p obviously.
OMG.. had to pause the video half way before my brain exploded. but…. great job on explaining this just had to watch this a few times to comprehend everything lol.. Linus is the best
the best aa method is 4k
i honestly dont mind fxaa, it gets the job done, doesnt require much power and i dont really notice the blurriness
Are can you download drivers if they're literally physical? Sound drivers are physical, they make certain vibrations.
ANTI-ALIASING VS UPSCALING! DO THE COM PARISON!!!
Can a higher AA lower your fps? Tnx
that hair. . .are you tha zodiac killa?
I honestly don't know why people like Antialiasing. Every time Photoshop applies it automatically through glitches, it destroys the quality of the image. I've seen antialiasing in games, and it makes the game look blurry. For games that use it and have an option to disable it, I always turn it off. Looks better without it to begin with.
So, what if my computer is terrible, but the game I'm playing doesn't let me just turn off anti-aliasing, which types would increase performance the most?
is MSAA 4x plus FXAA a good combo?
i want to know, do I use 33% (default) @ 1080p 144hz 1ms or 0% on Nvidia Panel's – Manage 3D Setting's – DSR SMOOTHNESS ??
Is it just me or does his voice get higher?
